



| With over 14 years in the food service industry, I currently find myself acting as the Executive Chef at Pine Ridge of Wautoma in rural Wisconsin. My career at Pine Ridge includes encompassing the chef and wine director duties for both an upscale fine dining establishment named the Buck Rub Restaurant & Bar, as well as our Water's Edge Banquet Facility, suited for small meetings up to large weddings and ceremonies.
