With over 14 years in the food service industry, I currently find myself acting
as the Executive Chef at Pine Ridge of Wautoma in rural Wisconsin.  My
career at Pine Ridge includes encompassing the chef and wine director
duties for both an upscale fine dining establishment named the Buck Rub
Restaurant & Bar, as well as our Water's Edge Banquet Facility, suited for
small meetings up to large weddings and ceremonies.  I am surrounded by a
talented staff and we love being part of a full service resort including lodging

mine.  Along with cooking I enjoy hunting and fishing, and enjoy spending
anytime I can outdoors. Below is a picture of my first Elk that I shot in New
Mexico on October 8th 2007. (The date in the picture is wrong.) That was
one of the most exciting experiences I have had in my life!
